• Our products are printed exclusively in the United States to keep the production and shipping time as fast as possible.
  
• After your order is placed, please expect about 2-5 business days for production plus 2-5 business days for shipping.*
• Severe weather events may impact shipping times.
• Personalized products such as the Flower Name Necklace may take longer due to the unique customizations required.
• *Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the U.S. can take an additional 7-12 business days.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

• We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means that we create your item just for you!
• Please review all product details and sizes before placing your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

Printing Method:

• No screen prints! We utilize a direct-to-garment printing method where environmentally friendly inks are absorbed by the garment's fibers.
