• We hand-selected products that are printed in the United States to keep the production and shipping time as fast as possible.
• After your order is placed, please expect about 2-5 business days for production plus 2-5 business days for shipping.*
• Severe weather events may impact shipping times.
• Personalized products such as the Flower Name Necklace may take longer due to the unique customizations required.
• *Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the U.S. can take an additional 7-12 business days.

Shipping Locations:

• At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States and its territories.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

• We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means that we create your item just for you!
• Refunds/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you receive the wrong item.

Printing Method:

• We utilize a direct-to-garment printing method for our apparel whereby environmentally friendly inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers.
